This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.


Delivery Timeframes

In-stock Items

If the item is in stock at the time the order is placed, the order will be processed and delivered within up to 7 business days.

Out-of-stock Items

If the item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, it will be manufactured or ordered individually. In such cases, the delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days.


Important Information

The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to disruptions by logistics partners, force majeure events, or the recipient’s location.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Buyer.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Lithuania.


Shipment Confirmation

Once the order has been dispatched, the Buyer will be notified of the shipment. Tracking information will be provided where applicable, depending on the selected delivery method.
