• What types of 3D printing plastics can you offer?

  We offer a wide range of 3D printing plastics, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other specialty materials. Each material has different properties and applications depending on your printing needs.

• How do I choose the right type of plastic for my printer?

  The choice depends on your printing goals. For example, PLA – easy to print, beautiful appearance. Suitable for decor, prototypes, models. Not heat-resistant. ABS – strong, resistant to temperature and impact. For functional parts. Requires good printing conditions. PETG – universal choice. Moisture-resistant, slightly flexible. Suitable for everyday and outdoor products. TPU – flexible, rubbery plastic. Used for cases, shock-absorbing parts, seals. Nylon (PA) – extremely strong, resistant to abrasion. Suitable for mechanical, moving parts. CPE – very resistant to chemicals and temperatures. For technical and industrial parts. PVA – water-soluble plastic. Used for supports for complex models, not final products.

• Do you offer assistance in choosing the right 3D printing materials?

  Yes, we offer advice and assistance in choosing the right material for your printing needs. You can contact our support team and we will help you choose the most suitable plastic type for your project.

• Is it possible to order an item that is currently out of stock?

  We can deliver items that are in stock within 7 days of placing your order. This includes all items that we have directly in stock. If the item is not in stock, you can order it. We will order it and deliver it within 2 weeks. If it takes longer than planned, we will notify you immediately of any delays.

• Can 3D printing plastic be returned?

  For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of plastics. Returns are only possible if the item is unopened and the packaging is not damaged. If the packaging has been opened, returns are not possible for hygiene and quality reasons.
