While the original Factor 4 was designed for reliable performance, the Plus version utilizes enhanced motion control and high-flow printheads to significantly shorten production cycles while maintaining the same rigorous dimensional accuracy.

Introducing TRACE – for industrial quality validation and reporting

TRACE monitors the entire printing process and automatically prepares a validation report. This creates a data-driven certificate for each part, proving that it has been manufactured within the specified tolerances.

Stable printing environment for greater accuracy

The Factor 4 Plus features a fully enclosed, temperature-controlled print chamber that increases print accuracy by maintaining consistent thermal conditions throughout the build area. Precisely controlled ambient temperature helps reduce internal stresses and thermal shock when forming new layers.
